Way Back in 1961 the Group of BALDOTA was floated by the promters Shri. B. M. Baldota & Others for the Manufacturing cables and copper products slowly in 1976 the company diversified into the manufacturing of Copper wires, Copper Strips & Bus Bars.
Our Group took over one more company in Navi Mumbai in 1993
And started commercial production of Winding Wires along with the Bright annealead Copper Wires.
The Baldota Group retained the same name of the Company of PANVEL INDUSTRIAL FASTNERS PVT LTD in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. In 2004 we were appointed as Authorised Clearing & Forwarding Agent for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd & Area Sales Distributors for LUBRICANTS , OIL and GREASES for THANE , BELAPUR ROAD & RAIGAD District and we started the distribution of "HP" Branded Lubricants all over the area.
